Who We Serve
Every age from 23 to 8, one camp for each stage
Most programmes in Uganda stop at 17. Boys to Men keeps going, with a dedicated space for young men aged 18 to 23.
Not a Separate Organisation
Boys to Men Mentorship Camp is not a standalone charity or company. It is an initiative of Potential Unexplored Ltd, born out of its Life Readiness Programme for boys, girls, and adults, a leadership and life readiness consultancy working across Uganda and Africa. Here is the rest of the work.
The Boys to Men Journey
From potential to progress
Every camp, every mentoring conversation, and every follow-up session moves a boy through three stages.
Discover
Who he is: identity, purpose, self-awareness, and the potential already within him.
Develop
Who he can become: personal mastery, practical mastery, and people mastery.
Deploy
What he does with it: leading himself, leading others, and creating real impact.
Why Boys Need This
Preparing boys for a changing world
Many boys are growing up without positive male role models, safe spaces to be honest about who they are, or guidance through the specific transitions that shape manhood.
Parents in Africa
A trusted, local programme that understands the pressures your son faces growing up here.
Diaspora Families
A meaningful way to reconnect your son to home, culture, and mentorship he cannot get from a distance.
Single Mothers
Positive, safe, consistent male mentorship for a son who needs it, wherever you are raising him.
Intakes
Kampala, Gulu, Arua, and a dedicated Summer Camp
Kampala, Arua, and Gulu each run their own annual intake at different points in the year, with a dedicated Summer Camp for diaspora families every July in Kampala.
Our Approach
Coaching and mentorship, not discipline
Boys to Men is a life readiness programme, not a bootcamp. Every result we create comes from a calm, respectful approach.
