How are boys grouped by age?
Boys are placed automatically into age-appropriate clusters, Young Explorers, Path Finders, Rising Men, and Young Men, once they arrive. There is nothing to select in advance.
When do camps run?
Kampala runs every December, Arua's next intake runs 10–16 January 2027, and Gulu's most recent (8th) intake ran in May 2026. The Summer Camp for diaspora families runs every July in Kampala. The next Summer Camp is July 7–16, 2027.
Is the camp safe, and who supervises participants?
Every mentor is known to the team and supervised throughout camp. Boys to Men is also not a disciplinary or bootcamp-style programme, our approach is calm, coaching-based mentorship. See our full Safeguarding page.
What happens during camp?
Mentorship conversations, leadership activities, team challenges, reflection sessions, life skills training, and entrepreneurship exposure, structured around our Discover, Develop, Deploy framework.
What should my son bring?
A full preparation checklist is sent after registration is confirmed.
