About
Our Story
Boys to Men Mentorship Camp began as a response to a simple, urgent observation: too many boys are moving into manhood without the mentorship, guidance, or safe space they need to do it well.

Founder Banio Luiji Nobert, a corporate trainer, conference speaker, coach, and author of twelve books, brought over a decade of experience developing leaders and teams across Uganda and Africa to build a programme specifically for boys and young men. The camp has since run multiple intakes across Kampala, Arua, and Gulu, and continues to grow alongside its sister programmes, Girls Rising and the MEP Masterclass, under the Potential Unexplored Ltd Life Readiness Programme.
Our Vision
To raise a generation of responsible, confident, and purpose-driven men who positively influence their families, communities, and society.
Our Mission
To provide transformational mentorship experiences that help boys discover their potential, develop their capabilities, and deploy their strengths for meaningful impact.
Our Values
What we will not compromise on
Respect
Every boy is treated with dignity, never shamed or singled out.
Calm
We coach, we do not command. Results come from a calm, respectful approach.
Integrity
We do what we say, especially with parents trusting us with their sons.
Community
A boy's growth does not end when camp ends, ours does not either.
Our Philosophy
Discover. Develop. Deploy.
Every boy carries potential. Potential alone does not create results. It has to move through three deliberate stages to become real progress.
Discover
Who he is: identity, purpose, self-awareness, and the potential already within him.
Develop
Who he can become: personal mastery, practical mastery, and people mastery.
Deploy
What he does with it: leading himself, leading others, and creating real impact.
