Robert Bake, CEO, World of Inspiration Uganda | CEO, Win-Win Properties | CEO, Win-Win Microfinance | Entrepreneur | Investor | Author | Business Coach, mentor at Boys to Men Mentorship Camp

Robert Bake is one of Uganda's most respected entrepreneurship trainers, business coaches, and investors, with more than fifteen years of practical experience building businesses, developing entrepreneurs, and teaching financial literacy. A firm believer that wealth creation is a skill that can be learned, he has dedicated his career to helping people understand money, build profitable businesses, and create lasting financial independence through discipline, knowledge, and sound decision-making.

As the Chief Executive Officer of World of Inspiration Uganda, Win-Win Properties, Win-Win Microfinance, and Obunuzi Restaurant, Robert has built and managed successful enterprises across multiple sectors, demonstrating that entrepreneurship is not merely a theory but a practical journey of identifying opportunities, solving problems, and creating value. His own business journey has made him one of Uganda's most sought-after speakers on entrepreneurship, personal finance, and investment.

A mentee of renowned Ugandan businessman Patrick Bitature, Robert has consulted and trained thousands of entrepreneurs, professionals, and institutions across Uganda and beyond. His clients include the Bank of Uganda, the Parliament of Uganda, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), Rotary International, Centenary Bank, Equity Bank, MTN Uganda, the Insurance Company of East Africa, NIC, IRC Geneva, AGEH Germany, Heal International in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and many other public and private institutions.

Robert is also a celebrated author whose books, including 4 Ways of Making Money and Millionaire Farmer, have inspired countless individuals to rethink their relationship with money, embrace entrepreneurship, and pursue financial freedom with purpose and integrity. His teaching combines practical business experience with simple, relatable lessons that empower ordinary people to take their first steps toward wealth creation.

At the Boys to Men Mentorship Camp, Robert introduces boys to one of life's most neglected but essential subjects: money. While schools prepare young people for careers, he helps them understand how money works, how businesses are built, and how wealth is created, managed, and multiplied responsibly. He challenges boys to begin developing entrepreneurial thinking while they are still in school, encouraging them to identify opportunities around them, start small, embrace hard work, and develop the financial habits that will serve them throughout adulthood.

His presence at the camp gives every boy the opportunity to learn directly from someone who has built successful businesses, mentored thousands of entrepreneurs, and continues to demonstrate that financial success is not reserved for the privileged but can be achieved by anyone willing to learn, work diligently, and remain committed to creating value for others.
