We serve boys and young men from 8 to 23, grouped into Young Explorers (10–8), Path Finders (13–11), Rising Men (17–14), and Young Men (23–18). See the Programmes page for details on each.

Mentorship conversations, leadership activities, team challenges, reflection sessions, life skills training, and entrepreneurship exposure, all structured around our Discover, Develop, Deploy framework.

Every mentor is known to the team and supervised throughout camp. Safety and supervision are built into every stage of planning, and full details are shared directly during the application process.

A full preparation checklist is sent after registration is confirmed, covering clothing, personal items, and anything specific to that intake's location.

It is rooted specifically in the Uganda and Africa context, built on a proprietary Discover, Develop, Deploy framework, and does not end when camp ends. See Beyond the Camp for how follow-up works.

Through continued mentor check-ins, alumni community, and practical accountability structures, addressing the specific gaps a few days at camp cannot close alone.
