Benard leads Wonderland Farm Services, an agricultural enterprise whose operations have grown into a genuine beacon of innovation, expanding across West Nile and into the Democratic Republic of Congo. The company currently hosts over thirty interns, giving young people hands-on experience in modern agricultural practice.
His leadership reaches well beyond his own company. Benard chairs the West Nile Agro Input Dealers' Association, sits on the board of the Gulu University West Nile Students and Alumnus Association SACCO, and serves on both the Koboko District Investment Committee and the Koboko District Agriculture Sector Committee as Treasurer.
