Vincent's career is a study in what consistency can build over time. He began in 2014 as head of the ICT department at Biguli SS, before moving through roles as a software developer at Waoni Technologies, a customer care advisor at Uganda Telecom, and a team leader and software developer at Landsat ICT Solutions.
From 2017 to 2018 he led development of the Tuberculosis Laboratory Information System for the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria, deploying it across eight government TB labs, and went on to lead Uganda's first Freshwater Biodiversity Data Portal and a joint Ugandan and Malawian biodiversity data portal.
Today he leads Nugsoft Technologies, the company behind widely used systems including School Monitor, ClinicPlus, Mfuko, PosCream, and PoSCafe, along with a platform now used by over six hundred churches under Namirembe Diocese. Employing over thirty staff, Vincent shows boys that a genuine tech empire can be built from nothing but curiosity and follow-through. He speaks to boys about using technology to build businesses and attain financial progress, not negative addiction.
