Lawrence is a co-founder of Capacity Beyond Ltd, where he also serves as Director of Research. With over a decade of experience spanning academia and community work across East Africa, he brings a depth of research grounding to the camp's mentorship work that few facilitators can match.
As a lecturer in Gulu University's Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, Lawrence has spent years inspiring students to reach their full potential, and that same patient, invested approach carries directly into his time with the boys. His academic achievements alone give the boys something to aim for, but it is his willingness to sit down one-on-one, offering personal guidance to boys who most need someone to talk to, that leaves the deepest impression.
