Gala Winfred

Gala Winfred is a confidence coach, speaker, author, and seasoned social development practitioner with over eight years of experience implementing humanitarian and development programmes, spanning child protection, education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, vocational skilling, health, safety, and livelihoods.

Inspired by her professional and personal experiences, she founded Gala Legacy Company Limited (GLCL), a Christ-centered organization dedicated to self-mastery, personal development, and emotional restoration, helping individuals rediscover their identity and unlock their God-given potential.

A passionate advocate for personal growth, Gala is also a feminist and a champion of positive male engagement, believing that empowering women and developing responsible, emotionally healthy men are complementary goals that create stronger families and communities.

As the Global Facilitator for the MOGI Global Leadership School and a mentor with Bible Christian Mission (BCM), Gala has trained diverse audiences across countries on identity, self-worth, leadership, and purposeful living. She has also served with Yukon Software SMC, SIHA Network Uganda, FIDA Uganda, Compassion International, Scripture Union, CECI, and Voice of Restoration.

At the Boys to Men Mentorship Camp, Gala brings a unique and invaluable perspective as one of the few female mentors, challenging boys to understand themselves before seeking to lead others, while helping them appreciate, respect, and effectively collaborate with empowered women. Her sessions on confidence, identity, emotional wellbeing, and healthy masculinity encourage participants to become men of character, purpose, and influence.
