ASP Simon Peter Aimai

ASP Simon Peter Aimai is a Ugandan police professional with experience in law enforcement, public safety, community policing, and environmental protection.

He has served as Officer in Charge of Operations at Kagadi Central Police Station, where he was responsible for public order, community safety, and enforcement of the law. His policing experience has placed him in situations requiring sound judgement, firmness, communication, and responsible engagement with communities, and he has handled cases involving young people and families, giving him first-hand experience of how poor choices and indiscipline can affect lives and relationships.

He currently serves as the West Nile Regional Environment Protection Police Officer, enforcing environmental laws and addressing environmental crimes, including illegal charcoal burning and trade.

In January 2026, ASP Aimai was one of the facilitators at the Boys to Men Mentorship Camp in Arua. Through our partnership with the police, he helps boys understand law and order, avoid trouble, respect others, and make responsible choices.

For parents, ASP Aimai brings the authority of experience, the discipline of policing, and the responsibility of mentorship. He helps boys understand that becoming a man means respecting the law, taking responsibility for one's actions, and becoming someone whom family and community can trust.
